Dining chair, Dining table, Sofa chair, Stool and office chair are main business scope. There are around 300 employees and covers an area of 32000 CBM in our factory. Based on the advantages of price, delivery, quality and development over the years, many customers have maintained a cooperative relationship for many years.
We are the first factory with modern production line in this area, There are many workers with abundant experience, who produce all kinds of chairs with a luge quantity everyday. There are 8 Auto welding machines, the latest Fully Auto cutting machine can more accurate and more efficient.
There are 6 professional engineers and 2 designers with abundant experience, who can do the sampling according to pictures and customer requirements with develop 40 new samples per month.
There are 11 cutting machines, 5 shrinking machines, 5 bending machines, 20 punching machines, 6 Auto welding
Machines, 18 manual welding, 7 polishing machines, 3 foam cutting machines, 22 sewing machines etc in our factory, rougly 200 workers for production, loading 100 containers per month.
QC are doing the sampling inspection for raw materials, sampling inspection for semi-finished product, inline
Inspection, complete inspection before packing, and final inspection before loading, during the mass production. Make sure all the products finished according to customers requirements.
